Investing in a professional website is an important step for your business. To make this process more accessible, I offer flexible payment options designed to fit different budgets. Whether you prefer to pay in full, spread payments over time, or subscribe to an all-inclusive plan, there’s a solution that works for you.

Application Process

To apply for a payment plan or subscription:

  • Complete a short application form detailing your business and payment method.

  • All applications are reviewed by Matchbox for approval before work begins or subscription payments start.

  • Approved clients will receive a formal contract outlining payment terms, fees, responsibilities, and ownership options.

  • Payment plans are subject to eligibility, including confirmation of business stability or credit review as needed.

Important Notes

  • A $500 deposit is required to begin your project (not applicable for the subscription plan).

  • Payments are automatically drafted each month via ACH or credit card.

  • Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee, which is subject to change based on processor rates. ACH payments do not have additional fees.

  • A $35 non-refundable fee applies to any denied payment, plus $10 per day for each day the payment remains delinquent.

  • Annual Costs: All website packages (except subscription) require yearly payments for domain registration, hosting, and any licensing or imagery renewals.

  • Optional add-ons (extra forms, integrations, e-commerce features) are billed separately.

  • All payment plans are non-refundable. Cancelling a plan does not reduce the total owed.
